P90 dog hear pickup with tremolo

Like every project, it starts with a good template.

Here is a view of the 2 main template, gives a good idea of the actual size and shape….

Glued my maple pieces cause I couldn’t get a full piece.

Cleaning the sides with the router using the template with double sided tape.

Getting the router ready for the truss rod grooving.

Cleaning the neck sides after grooving the truss rod in the center of the neck.

Once the fret board has been prepared for the frets I glued it and then cleaned it using the router.

Shaping the fret board radius at 9.5

Now I can make the dots for the fret board and sand it down.

Next I shaped the back of the neck to my preference.

I added a little touch to the back joint.

Adding the grain veins by hand for a better result. (my wife)

Finally the olive green stain gives the look I was hoping for.(my wife has an eye for colors)

Grooved the P90 pickup to get more adjustment flexibility.

Finished the pick guard with a clear coat.

Here is a view of the back, as you can see all green neck and body with some dark veins.

Here is the final result, I hope you enjoyed this short display of my work.
