Telecaster Thineline 69 Style

Here is my first guitar made from a kit that I bought. After this experience I got the idea of building the next ones from scratch. So there began my adventure in guitar building....

Here is the back view, the original neck have the truss rod inserted from the back and filled in with a darker wood. That's only a stain line for the looks.

I bought this kit to begin with, then I modified and replaces some of the components.

I did the first assembling to test and made sure it worked...just fine.

I cut out the headstock and left a personal touch to the design.

I painted 9 coat of acrylic blue before I decided to sand and prime for a Ford Pickup 68 blue and a clear finish, witch came out pretty good.

I wanted the back mahogany stain with a mat finish to have an older look.
